Some May be More Dangerous Than Radiation Deconstructing Nuclear Experts PDF Print E-mail
Written by Professor CHRIS BUSBY
Monday, 28 March 2011 22:28

Chris_Busby  Since the Fukushima accident we have seen a stream of experts on radiation telling us not to worry, that the doses are too low, that the accident is nothing like Chernobyl and so forth. They appear on television and we read their articles in the newspapers and online. Fortunately the majority of the public don't believe them. I myself have appeared on television and radio with these people; one example was Ian Fells of the University of Newcastle who, after telling us all on BBC News that the accident was nothing like Chernobyl (wrong), and the radiation levels of no consequence (wrong), that the main problem was that there was no electricity and that the lifts didn't work. " If you have been in a situation when the lifts don't work, as I have" he burbled on, "you will know what I mean." You can see this interview on youtube and decide for yourself.

Birth defects in Fallujah 11 times the norm PDF Print E-mail
Written by Rob Payne \ Halcyon Days , December 31, 2010
Sunday, 02 January 2011 14:04

05042010jpg Though president Obama and many other Americans have moved on, not wanting to look back, many of the children of Fallujah do not have the nicety of that choice. But who am I kidding, trying to appeal to Americans through the suffering of the weak is like I don’t know what, but it certainly is doomed to failure as much as trying to appeal to people through truth, whatever that may be. This is of course why Wikileaks has accomplished nothing nor is it likely to. The most likely scenario is already taking place with an intensification of the Terror Wars and domestic spying and harassment here at home. This, of course, is what people don’t like to admit about Wikileaks yet it is true all the same.

hiroshema.php  It is apparent that the "War on Terrorism" is not about surgically stopping "terrorist cells" from spreading destruction. If that were the case, there would not be over 1 million Iraqi civilian casualties, and other huge death tolls among civilians in the Middle East.

dr__wilson_1 The Ministry of Defence is "in denial about the effects of depleted uranium (DU) on the health of both civilians and its own personnel". Dr_Wilson_4Following reports of massive increases in the incidence of cancers, stillbirth and birth deformities in Iraq, which circumstantial evidence suggests may be linked to the use of depleted uranium (DU) weaponry, Dr Bill Wilson MSP (SNP) has asked the Scottish Government to look into the incidence of such problems in armed forces personnel and their families.  This follows his Scottish Parliament Motion calling for the UK Government not to veto a UN resolution calling for resolution calling on countries using DU weapons to release quantitative and geographical data relating to the use of these weapons to the governments of affected states.
